Painstakingly created on our estate, this exquisite wine Nodus Summun is the perfect blend of tradition and innovation. This exclusive wine comes from our best vineyards after a long period of maceration and ageing in French oak casks for 14 months. In order to preserve the wines character, it does not undergo any stabilization process, meaning that any sediment that might appear is totally natural.
TASTING NOTES
Aromatic and smooth, with a long supple finish.
APPEARANCE: Claret with slate tones.
AROMA: A clean aroma with spicy, smokey notes of pepper.
TASTE: Well rounded and velvety with a long finish. Toasted, buttery tones.
PAIRING: Ideal for red meat, oily fish and stews as well as rice and pasta.
Serving temperature: 15º-18º.
