Production:
Follow-up of ripening to determine the optimum time of grape picking. Selection of grapes, controlled fermentation at low temperature and with long maceration in stainless steel tanks. Wine with very fruity notes of bobal.
We vinify Tempranillos from sandier soils, which give us freshness on the nose and good acidity. It is perfectly combined with Garnachas from more clayey soils, which provide intensity of black fruits and breadth on the palate. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 20-22° C and macerations for 10 to 15 days.

TASTING NOTES

APPEARANCE: Intense cherry red and bluish rim, medium-high layer.
AROMA: A fresh entry of red fruits, strawberry and raspberry predominates, with hints of violet caramel, coming from Tempranillo.
TASTE: The entry is sweet, with balanced tannins, but at the same time intense with a great taste of toast and pastries. Its passage through the mouth is creamy, but its acidity makes the wine more alive. Liquorice and blackberries aftertaste.
PAIRING: Ideal to accompany meats, fatty fish and stews in general as pasta and rice.
Serving Temperature: 14-18ºC
