Spanish Premium Gin

Type: Distilled in double copper still.

Composition:
Botanical: Juniper, angelica, cilantro, white pepper, lemon, and two types of strawberry (sweet and acidic).

Alcohol Level: 39º

Production:
NGIN 2 Pink is obtained from a high quality alcohol. It’s a gin of 39% alc./vol., obtained by distillation in double copper still, in which the botanists are macerated and distilled individually to later make a last distillation as a whole for assembly.

Appearance:
Clean, bright and a very light rosaceous background, due to maceration of strawberries.

Aroma:
Elegant. A penetrating aromas of strawberries with very soft notes of the rest of botanists.

Taste:
In the mouth, the sweet and soft touch of the strawberry is distinguished, bitter and elegant character of the juniper, delicate acidity and perfect integration of the lemon, the dry and distinguished note of the white pepper, and the exquisiteness provided by the angelica and cilantro.
It surprises its citrus entry with its curious final sweetness.
