Production:
NGIN VLC is obtained from a high quality alcohol. It’s a gin of 39% alc./vol., obtained by distillation in double copper still, in which the botanists are macerated and distilled individually to subsequently make a final distillation together for assembly.

AROMA:
It predominates the essential aroma to juniper, accompanied by fine and elegant notes of white pepper. At the end they are very slightly noticeable and adding that touch of freshness that makes it unique the coriander and the lemon crust.
TASTE:
N GIN VLC is silky, without edges and kind thanks to the 39º fair graduation. It emphasizes above all that slight spicy touch that characterizes it and makes it unique.
How is it produce
NGIN VLC is a Valencia-born gin of 39% alc./vol., obtained by distillation in double copper still, in which the botanists are individually distilled for later mixing.
Botanists involved in its composition are mainly juniper, followed by the most essential Valencian citrus, orange, lemon and mandarin which give it its special characteristics, along with cardamom the most herbaceous character is provided by angelica, rosemary, Licorice, cilantro and sage.
Given its origin and union with the vineyards of Utiel Requena, to this assembly it’s joined a grape Chardonnay of the land El Renegado.
Distilled with water of Sierra Nevada to achieve the high quality it possesses.
The final blend has a remarkable balance of citrus and aromatic herbs with a very slight fruity presence, elegant silky and perfect graduation.
It is a very recent gin, since it began to be manufactured in 2011, after two years of testing in an exciting project.
It is presented in a modern bottle of 70 cl, with curved lines highlighting the orange jigger with capacity of 5cl.
Perfect Serve N Gin Tonic:
5cl of N gin, 20 cl of tonic, white grape macerated with N gin. Twist of lemon and orange rind.
Preparation:
Cool the glass with abundant ice (6 to 8 ice stones) and remove the water with the help of the strainer. Scoop 5cl of N Gin, add the grape inside the cup and perfume the two twist with the aid of the ice tongs. Then serve the tonic with the help of a mixing spoon and without sudden movements to avoid losing carbonic.
