Monitoring of maturation to determine the optimal time of harvest. Selection of grapes, controlled fermentation at low temperature and long maceration in stainless steel tanks. It came with very fruity notes from the bobal.


APPEARANCE: Purplish red color, very vivid violet rim, medium-high layer and thick, well-tinted tears.
AROMA: Remarkable intensity on the nose with a very good freshness of red and black fruit (wild strawberries, cherries, currants, …) and a touch of currant liqueur, fresh herbs, cherry caramel and a very pleasant soft, velvety background.
TASTE: Remarkable entry into the mouth with a very refreshing acidity, fresh, tasty red fruit, rough tannins that add character to the whole, soft sweetness, very direct and good persistence. Long finish and aftertaste of red fruit and currant liqueur.
PAIRING: Ideal to accompany meats, fatty fish and stews in general such as pasta and rice.
