It starts from a mixture of cereals in which there will always be malt which are crushed and mixed with water. It is passed to filtration to separate the sugary water and rest of solid residues of the cereal. Yeasts are added and the fermentation proceeds. After three distillations, we obtain a vodka of high alcoholic strength, which is lowered with water from Sierra Nevada to get the 40º it has. Finally filtration proceeds.
Aroma candied fruit, citrus, toilet herbs, floral.

How it is produced
N VODKA VLC is a tristilled Vodka of 40° alcoholic graduation.
This vodka presumes to be made with wheat of great quality and water of Sierra Nevada, is triply distilled and other times filtered with a single objective: to achieve the absolute purity of alcohol.
It is part of a mixture of cereals in which there will always be malt, crushed in a roller mill to obtain a grain flour and mixed with water.
Once dissolved all the sugars in the hot water is passed to filtration to separate the sugar water or “wort” of the bagasse and rest of solid residues of the cereal.
Yeasts are added and the fermentation proceeds. This process takes several days.
After three distillations, we obtain a Vodka of high alcoholic degree, this one is lowered with pure water of Sierra Nevada to obtain the 40° that has.
Finally filtration proceeds.
It is presented in a bottle of 70 cl.
Cool the glass with abundant ice (6 to 8 ice stones) and remove the water with the help of the strainer.
Scoop 5cl of N vodka, scent with lime twist with the help of ice tongs and add ginger.
Then serve the tonic with the help of a spoon bar to avoid losing carbon dioxide.
